For Customers in the USA, we use USPS / UPS / Amazon Logistics / FedEx / Etc shipping depending on weight of items purchased.
Orders with a total value exceeding $50 receive free shipping. You may also opt to use a different expedited / priority service if needed.
We are using AMAZON fulfilment centers as our warehouses and logistics partners. All orders received are processed as soon as possible to those fulfilment centers and they take max 2 days to ship an order we place to them. You are expected to receive a valid tracking number within 2 days, uploaded to your order details. Once shipped out, it might take 3-7 business days (or less) depending on location. Expedited orders usually take 2-4 business days (or less) and priority orders might take 1-3 business days (or less).
