TTZ Audio ships domestically via USPS / UPS / Amazon Logistics / FedEx / Etc. International shipments are not received at this moment. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information. If there is an apt number / unit number / ste number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

USA SHIPPING RATES

For Customers in the USA, we use USPS / UPS / Amazon Logistics / FedEx / Etc shipping depending on weight of items purchased. Orders with a total value exceeding $50 receive free shipping. You may also opt to use a different expedited / priority service if needed. 

ORDER PROCESSING

We are using AMAZON fulfilment centers as our warehouses and logistics partners. All orders received are processed as soon as possible to those fulfilment centers and they take max 2 days to ship an order we place to them. You are expected to receive a valid tracking number within 2 days, uploaded to your order details. Once shipped out, it might take 3-7 business days (or less) depending on location. Expedited orders usually take 2-4 business days (or less) and priority orders might take 1-3 business days (or less).  

SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Please be advised, shipping options do not guarantee a delivery date, it’s based solely on an estimated time of delivery. We are responsible for your order until it reaches to you. After that, it is out of our control.

Sometimes they take more time than usual to ship out an order. You need to hold on with patience so that it ships out, if its way too delayed, please do contact us – support@ttzaudio.com  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for further assistance- support@ttzaudio.com.  

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

In case of shipping damages that is occurred by the carrier and when you receive the order, please do contact us – support@ttzaudio.com and we will try our best to get it resolved for you!
